Brewing Instructions
Use 3–5 grams of tea per 500ml pot. Brew in a glass teapot, porcelain gaiwan, or clay teapot with freshly boiled water (90–95°C) for 2–3 minutes. Re-infuse the same leaves up to 3 times, adjusting steeping time to taste.
