In Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), Black Tea is considered warming and nourishing. It is believed to support kidney function, improve bone strength and mineral density, aid digestion, and promote healthy circulation. Brewing Instructions

Use 3–5 grams of tea per 500ml pot. Brew in a glass teapot, porcelain gaiwan, or clay teapot with freshly boiled water (90–95°C) for 2–3 minutes. Re-infuse the same leaves up to 3 times, adjusting steeping time to taste.
