A rare YiXing teapot with a long history. Made in the Qing Dynasty during the time of the Taiping Rebellion and Second Opium War (Emperor Xian Feng). 1851-1861. A rustic lighter brown/red body with great asymmetric form. Raised grape vine branches, leaves and fruit covering all areas of pot and lid. Square seal on base and lid. Height is 8.5cm, Width is 8.5cm, Length is 19cm.
