Refund and return policy
You may return any product ordered on this web site within 14 days from the date of receipt by sending the product back the following address:

At your request, we will refund you (credit your credit card used to purchase the returned product) or ship a replacement product of the same type as the returned product. Please include the following with your return:
a.) A copy of the invoice
b.) A brief explanation as to the reason for the return
c.)A statement indicating whether you would prefer a refund or replacement product.
The shipping costs incurred returning any product will be reimbursed to you (via a crediting your credit card used to purchase the returned product) only if the product was incorrectly dispatched according to the invoice or because the product is defective.
